If you go to the listinfo page you will notice that it says
"The subscribers list is only available to the list members".  This
means that the subscriber list is only available to users who authenticate
with the server.  Web spiders aren't able to get this information.

If you select to conceal yourself, you will not appear on this list at
all.  Also note that all e-mail addresses that show up on the pages
are further obscured by using "foo at example.com".  This option is
enabled for the blug site.

The archives do contain the posting address of any folks sending messages,
and these pages are accessable via a web bot (which I think is a good
thing).

If you are having problems with UCE, you probably want to look at one
of the systems that lets you block the mail as it comes in, as opposed
to trying to keep your address from getting out.  The latter just isn't
going to happen if you actually use the address.
