I'm just about ready to announce my new web site, but could use a few
people to bang on it a little first. If anyone has a few spare cycles,
take a look at www.graphics-muse.com. This is the site that's going to
replace my Muse column in the Gazette and TheGimp.com. I needed to
consolidate - too much work the old way.

I'm using DHTML/CSS for the site. It displays fairly well in Netscape
4.6x, but I've not tried it on an MSIE box (or Lynx, but I'm not real
worried about Lynx users). The site is designed for 800 pixel wide
displays. If you try it in a browser less than that and notice any serious
problems, let me know. Worse case should be you'll have to scroll
horizontally on the first page (but probably not any other pages).

Note that Netscape mucks up DHTML if you view a page then resize the
window. Just hit reload after resizing the window and that should fix it.

The search fields only work for the tools database and the links database.
On all other pages, you'll just get the same page back that you started
with. I still have to figure out how to get ht:/Dig running for those.

Let me know if you have any comments. Send them to
mjhammel at graphics-muse.org. Mail isn't working on the .com site yet.

Thanks.
