xntpd would to the trick.  On some linux systems you might have hwclock
(hwclock 2.4/util-linux 2.9i).  In which case you'd do:

hwclock --systohc --utc

and then you'd only use --utc if your CMOS clock was in UTC, which it 
probably should be.
