This isn't really a linux thing, but...
My brother that works for a Real Estate management company found an old
Epson ActionNote 4000
that someone left behind, (left probably cause the adapter didn't work).

The problem is, the bios password is set, and there is no removable
battery. We don't have the password.
Is there anyway to reset this, so we can use it?
