Or, look for the "big" capacitor, and short it out.  CMOS batteries were
replaced with large caps (usually up to 1 Farad).  You can get a small
resistor and short out the cap leads.  This should discharge the cap, and
wipe out the CMOS RAM.

This isn't really a linux thing, but...
My brother that works for a Real Estate management company found an old
Epson ActionNote 4000
that someone left behind, (left probably cause the adapter didn't work).

The problem is, the bios password is set, and there is no removable
battery. We don't have the password.
Is there anyway to reset this, so we can use it?
