[lug] patching Redhat

For the people that use Redhat. How do you keep track of patches
available for a current distribution? I just went to the web site again
to see if there were any new patches for Redhat 6.0 and come to find
that 6.0 is no longer listed. I get a weekly update from HP regarding
patches relevant to the OS and software we use. Does Redhat have
anything like that? I have subscribed to the announce list before but
seem to remember that it was mostly new packages. I am specifically
interested in security related issues.
