[lug] a MySQL web app

Right Now Technologies, of Bozeman, Montanna, makes a support help desk app
called Right Now Web that uses MySQL as the backend.  Well, they also
support Oracle and MS SQL Server, and MS access, for that matter, but for
their own implementation they use MySQL on a Redhat box.  We use it at my
company, too, but on SuSE.  They're at www.rightnowtech.com.  Oh, and
Caldera uses them as their help system.
