[lug] XConfig and Exceed

Hey, not a bad diagnosis! In 'security school' they told us to disable all 
the inet daemons we weren't using. I wasn't using rlogin or rexec, so I 
disabled those puppies. When I re-enabled them, I can get in just fine! 
Now, unfortunately, the think is slower than you can imagine -- it's a 
486/66 that also serves as my router and postgres server -- but that's a 
problem that can be fixed!
