Well, just about any that are capable of running on Linux.  A lot of 
db's have Perl API's, like MSQL or MySQL.  It's pretty simple to make a 
Perl CGI.  I imagine Oracle even has a Perl API, but I'm not sure.  I've 
recently learned that Linter (a Russian made db) supports both Linux and
FreeBSD, and has a Perl API (as well as numerous other APIs), you can
actually check it out at:

If you want something as powerful as Oracle, and maybe even faster.
