I really thought the Info Fest was very successful. My neighbor and I brought our game machines and had them set up in the display area. We showed off Myth II (from Loki), Unreal Tournament (GT Interactive), and Quake 3 (ID Software). All with hardware acceleration. I hope some of you were able to see that the Linux versions of these games runs as good as (and in some cases better) than it does in that other OS. Also we're using the latest hardware. I had a Viper770 (TNT2 Chipset) and dual VooDoo 2's linked in SLI. I think it is encouraging that some of the biggest names in gaming are developing software for Linux - which to me means Linux has hit the mainstream.
