Anything specific?  I haven't, no.

However, you can very easily use any of the code control programs for it.
cvs, sccs, and rcs all would do well.  Best bet, though, would be to use rcs
for a small (generally one directory) web site, sccs for something bigger,
and cvs for the ultimate web site (ie: multiple domains hosted, remote
access required, etc)..
