                              Position Description
                              --------------------

Job Title:  VP Client Server/Network Services

Reports To:  Senior VP,CIO

Summary:  

Perform leadership and management function for technical personnel who will design,
develop, test, implement, install, support, research and administer client server and
network hardware, software and applications

Job Description:			

   * Manage, hire, train, motivate a high performance
     staff (10 plus) of IS professionals as required

   * Define future business models, IS strategies and IS value delivery
     systems the client server  and hardware services of the company

   * Develop an IS architecture and road map for programs to implement the
     architecture

   * Manage an extended value chain of internal and
     and external IS and IT suppliers

   * Manage the overall CS/NS ISD budget with the objectives of maximizing
     value and minimizing overall cost of ownership

Requirements:				

   * BA or BS with major in Computer Science or Business
     Administration equivalent, MBA preferred but not necessary

   * 8 plus years experience in systems analysis, design and programming

   * Supervisory experience a must

Compensation:				

   Market plus, bonus, benefits, complete relocation package, etc.


Special Ability, Skills or Training Required:

Knowledge of wide area networking, understanding of internet connectivity, server
hardware and system software, local area networking, protocols, software design,
documentation. Programming, software and application development and methods and
controls, data base systems, application security and data management, design and
implementation of external interfaces.
