 The program will focus on the impact which public policy decisions made in
Washington, D.C. can have on companies involved with Internet technology and
e-commerce.  It will feature Christine Varney, a former Federal Trade
Commissioner and head of the Hogan & Hartson's Internet Practice Group, and
David Skaggs, former U.S. Representative from the 2nd Congressional District
of Colorado and a member of the firm's Legislative Group.
