I've got a question about rpm's having been mostly a slackware and/or debian user. I've recently installed KRUD on my home system and would like to install xv. To this end I downloaded the file xv-3.10a-15.i386.rpm from the Red Hat ftp site. Is this all I need, and do I just type: "rpm -i xv-3.10a-15.i386.rpm"? - Wayde (wallen at boulder.nist.gov)
