I've been kind of wondering about the charges of late on the US West side of
things.  I've got the DSL service via USWest, which they charge me for, and
Peak to Peak is the ISP, of course they charge me, but no complaints.  
But USWest also charges me for the digital line, which seems a little 
strange, but that add $15/month to my bill.
