[lug] Install help

Well I find myself with a bit of a problem....  I have an IBM 760XL with
floppy and cdrom, however I do not have the ability to have both
connected at the same time. What I would like to do is install RH 6.1,
6.2 beta or even Corel on this machine. However the cdrom on this
machine is not bootable. I've tried running autoboot from a small DOS
partition with 6.1 and it tried to load the GUI and hangs, changing
terminals I get a message something to the effect that it can't open a
security profiles file. So I figure I need to do the install texted
based, however all of the distro's I have try to load a GUI with
autoboot except RH5.2 which is now installed on this machine.

  Is there a way to force the boot.img to the hard drive or start the
install process from inside 5.2, or even force autoboot to text mode.
I've tried to give autoboot a text switch but no luck.
