[lug] Mail Setup

OK, I registered my domain and used DNSWIZ.com to point the DNS to my mostly static DSL IP address.  I have the DSL modem setup to forward port 80 traffic to my linux box and have Apache/PHP/MySQL humming along nicely.  Now, I think I'm ready to set up mail. DNSWIZ claims they will "add a mail server MX record for you if you provide the necessary information, providing it does not change often enough to become an administrative issue for us."

What is the necessary information, and what needs to be running on my linux machine before I submit?
I've never configured sendmail.
