Very old reply, sorry...

nslookup shows this machine is overdrive.iworld.com -- could be a
hardware load balancer like an Alteon, RadWare... or a virtual IP on a
linux LVS server... etc...

iworld.com domain is owned by internet.com - portal company, it would
appear...
