[lug] SSH client for windows

Don't know about GPL'ed stuff, but the two I've had success with are
Tera Term with the SSH extensions added from Japan, and PuTTY.  Both are
searchable on Google.

PuTTY does a nicer job on Linux machines with the termcap, IMHO.
