    A few minutes ago IBM sent me a notice for a free 60-day trial version
of DB2 Version 6.1, Personal Edition, for Linux.  I haven't yet found out
what the acceptance price will be at the end of 60 days (street price last
week was $239).  If anyone wishes to guinea pig this the URL is
