Yea, I haven't even attempted to DHCP this box yet, like I said they put
me on a static on my iMac and didn't request I change it. 

I thought I'd post this info though. I started out my Linux ordeal :} with
linux-newbie at vger.rutgers.edu . There are several very helpful people on
there. I probably would have dumped a thousand questions a week on this
list (something they are used to) if it wasn't for them. Anyway Richard on
that list runs machines for a casino in (Denmark I think).  He has a great
unofficial HOWTO on DHCP. It's at:

Like I said, I haven't used it for DHCP so I don't know how well it
equates to @home. But I do know this guy is very knowledgable in every
other aspect of Linux that I've approched him on. Hope it helps.
