$200 is a fairly good price.  Most of the places I know of charge around
$300/month for co-location.

You might want to check out some of the places that are starting to
offer a leased machine including co-location.  I don't know what the
costs generally run, but (shameless plug) trennel.com is doing it for
$150/month.  That at least saves you the cost of the machine.

The problem with the $35/month is that it's pretty restricted.  You
don't get root on the machine, for example, etc...
