How often do you need to mirror from one to the other? Will ftp work for you?

If ftp will work, and you want to back up every hour or so, you might try
sitecopy.

I set it up for my mom, so she can easily refresh a remote web site from a
local copy. In her case sitecopy takes about 1 minute to determine what files
need to be uploaded (on a 350 MHz K6-2, with about 6700 files to check for
timestamps), then transfers them at FTP speed.

Yes, there are other ways to do this (rsync, for one), and I'm sure some are
better than sitecopy. But it's really easy to set up, and it may be Good
Enough (tm) for your purposes.
