[lug] FTP server question

Is the FTP server installed?  I had that problem with 6.1 or 6.2 (don't
remember which).   
I think the normal ftp server is wu-ftpd for those releases of RH.
Do a:
   rpm -q wu-ftpd
and see if it is installed.
