The ones I've found useful for this are:

Wusage from boutell.com (commercial)
Analog www.analog.cx

Wusage is definately more full featured, it handles 'trails'
but I'm not sure if it handles visit durations.

Analog is not commercial.  It does not handle visit durations
or 'trails'.
