Enom.com provides DNS for your domain at no extra charge.  They offer a
Web-DNS gateway so that you can configure your own records.  Convergence
times have been very good lately.  There were a few bumps with
convergence times and getting the records right early on, but they have
been stable for over 7 months now, so I'd say the problems have been
ironed out.
