[lug] ISDN

I pay Qwest $75/mo for unmetered 2-channel access. My current ISP, Front
Range Internet Inc, charges $150/mo/channel *dedicated* and so I'm only
using one channel. That has one advantage, I can use the other POTS line
for nice clean incoming phone calls and thus provide 'dial-up' service to
my own box.

I have seen much lower quotes for ISDN but they all involve non-dedicated
lines. For me, since I'm running a web server behind it, that's not an option.

I'd be interested in cheaper offerings elsewhere. The one negative of FRII
is that their tech support isn't 24 hour.
