[lug] Speakeasy IDSL -- BTW

Amazingly enough, I looked out the window just now and there were two guys 
from Qwest working on the pedestal behind my house. So I went up and asked 
them if there's any chance I'll ever get IDSL. "We're working on it right 
now, you should have it TODAY," they said. I explained the whole rigamarole 
and they rattled off some other tales of how the folks in the front office 
were blinking idiots etc. My experience with USWorst is now Qworst has 
always been, trust only the guys with the pliers.

It remains to be seen whether any ones and zeros actually come into the 
house, but we appear to be making progress.
