[lug] 2.4test10 compile problem -- depmod

I do know that with 2.4 you need a later version of the modutils 
package than you may have from say a RH 6.2 linux installation.
With 2.4 test 7, I use modutils-2.3.9-6 which does provide a
depmod that knows the -F flag.
