Rhythms. (www.rhythms.net)

Used 'em now for quite a while. They seem to have their you-know-what
together.

I get e-mail notifications of outages in advance when they
know about them, even for routine maintenance.

They had a multi-customer outage (the only one I've experienced in over a
year -- not exactly the kind of service my friends with Qwest/USWest
report to me... heh...) repaired in 20 minutes this last Saturday on
the holiday weekend after I called it in.

(I was the first person to report the outage, the DSLAM had stopped
responding completely and had to be rebooted.)

If I unplug my DSL router, they CALL me to make sure I know my circuit
is down.

Incredible customer service.

Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
