[lug] Install Problems

I'm attempting to install RH 6.2 on a HP Vectra VE 4/66. 
It's a small machine that's going to serve as a router for a cable modem.
Every time the install gets to where it's copying files, it unexpectedly
quits and I have to start over. Has anybody had any experience with this?

System:
 HP Vectra VE 4/66
 486 processor
 407 MB HD
 16MB RAM

Attempting to load RedHat 6.2 - necessary components only
 Installation size - 127 MB
