I just bought one at Home Depot - Sure Signal from Greenlee Textron, was 
about $ 90, the other one they had - small blue box would have been less 
expensive but lacked the LED's on the second box - ~ $ 60.- the one I 
bought looked more sturdy, checks for shorts, opens, reversals, miswires 
and is construction yellow (maybe that's what made me by it ;) to not to be 
used on live circuits, so basic wire conductivity only.
