[lug] default web page width

It's width="100%" -- works very reliably.

I need to denounce the idea of setting widths on web pages. That's never a good
idea. It misses the whole point of having a document format. Here's the range
you should probably be prepared for:

100-10,0000 pixels -- that's realism. :)
