[lug] DSL Service Providers

I went the cheap and easy route with USQuest and haven't had much trouble
really. For technical setup help, I turn to the lug and for stuff requiring
admin privs, I go through their help line. Last time I used it I got right
through, no waiting on hold. As for uptime, they aren't too bad either. In
fact, there have been times when DSL was up while voice was down, even
though it is over the same wires.
