Whoa. I'm contradicting my last message (sorry Dean but the last time I
tried scripting this I spent 20 minutes deleting funky chars, got luck
this time).

Merging with /boot/boot.b
Mapping message file /boot/message
Boot image: /boot/vmlinuz-2.4.0
Mapping RAM disk /boot/vmnew.img
Added vmnew *
Boot image: /boot/vmlinuz-2.2.16-22
Added linux
/boot/boot.0300 exists - no backup copy made.
Writing boot sector.
