[lug] rio500 support kernel 2.4.1

Charles,

The USB Diamond Rio500 support (EXPERIMENTAL) is under USB Support as
the very last option.  Thus, you need to have USB turned on and the
'Prompt for Experemental' option turned on.  I assume this is the Rio
you want.  If there is a not usb verion, I have never seen the driver
for that.
