[lug] Boot disk for Mounted HD

Hi ,
Is there a way to make a bootable floppy disk on a mounted hardrive? It is mounted as slave with a mount point /mnt. I have the boot partition mounted and can see the special kernels that I had built. Both drive are linux based using SuSE 6.4
