I went to the Juno WEB Page and read the TOC.

It is very plain and the basics are they are asking people if they want to
become part of a supercomputing project. It is optional. It is basically a way
Juno is using to help pay the $$ to keep providing free ISP for those who want
it.. Mainly M$ folks, I think.  
I  got the impression that the earlier  comments may have been from word of
mouth or incomplete information. In any event, I found the information to be
plain and very very optional. 
As in anythin that has a legal conetation, READ IT completely, and if you
don't understand it --- DON"T SIGN IT!!! If it is of any considerable value,
have ing $300 worth of advise from a Lawtyer is better than hundreds or
thousands of $$ of contract. (Although this isnt applicable to Juno) 

Any way, everyone has the right to their opinions.
