[lug] Printing

Here's the ls -l results:
[root at TDT /etc]# ls -l /dev/lp*
crw-rw---- 1 root lp 6, 0 Aug 24 2000 /dev/lp0
crw-rw---- 1 root lp 6, 1 Aug 24 2000 /dev/lp1
crw-rw---- 1 root lp 6, 2 Aug 24 2000 /dev/lp2
The modules.conf contains this:
alias eth0 3c90x
alias parport_lowlevel parport_pc
alias sound-slot-0 es1371
alias usb-controller usb-uhci
alias eth0 3c90x
alias parport_lowlevel parport_pc
This is a stumper...
