[lug] Win4lin demo clarification

Greetings,

When I gave the win4lin demo at the last meeting I showed off how winamp
gave a chopped up output.  Tony suggested that the machine itself may not
have been powerful enough.  Last night I was listening to real audio on
native linux and got the same behavior.  Therefore, I believe that Tony was
correct and that the problem lies not in win4lin, but in the machine itself.
