imc01.foo.org.	A	192.168.0.1
			MX	10 imc01.foo.org.
			MX	10 imc02.foo.org.

James, I think that MX records would be the best way to accomplish that.
Use a single LUSER_RELAY entry, which maps to multiple MX records (with
equal or varied weights).
