i have a few different kernels compiled on a machine.
how can i tell which i am running. several of them are all within the same
revision however, so uname doesnt seem to give me the info that i am
looking for.

for example:

boot=/dev/hda
map=/boot/map
install=/boot/boot.b
prompt
timeout=50
linear
default=2.2.16

image=/boot/2.2.16
        label=2.2.16
        read-only
        root=/dev/hda6

image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.2.16-iptunnel
        label=2.2.16-iptunnel
        read-only
        root=/dev/hda6

image=/boot/2.2.16-nosound
        label=2.2.16-nosound
        read-only
        root=/dev/hda6

how can i tell which i booted to the last time i powered up?

thanks -cjm
