I have someone who wants to run a small office with a win98, 2 nt clients, network printer. Is it plausable to configure a Linux server as a domain controller, running as a proxy to the web via a cable modem, eventual mail server(sendmail that outlook or outlook express can connect to?) and a multihomed router for all windoze clients? I want to split the internal network into 2 or 4 subnets with a couple of Macs on 1 subnet and everyone else on the other. Does this sound feasable? I know I can make the linux server look like a Backup domain controller with Samba but a full domain controller, I don't really know. Any fead back would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

mcc
