	getmail might be a little bit easier to use - the config file is
akin to a .ini file, it has a default section and then a per-user
section. Again, it stores the password in the clear. On the other hand,
since it can do multiple users perhaps you could set getmail up to run
as root and deliver mail to individuals. It understands normal mailboxes
and qmail constructs.

	getmail is written in python with a sh wrapper to set up the
environment. I am still confused as to why getmail works correctly and
fetchmail does not. @home is the only ISP I've had that fetchmail fails
on.
