No matter how stupid it seems that someone can file a lawsuit for
another party without even asking the other party, the suggestion that
KIllustrator violates Illustrator name is outrageous. Before you know
it, a law firm in Germany will be writing a program that (like automated
trading on the stock market) reads a list of trademarked names, puts
them through a program of minimal permutations and combinations, then
files a lawsuit (without the law firm even seeing it). Sometimes the
search for money at any cost gets ridiculous (especially when cost can
be layed out on someone else).
