Here's my KDE customization tip.

To add your own programs to the KDE Konsole (i.e. SSH to a host)

create the directory

~/.kde/share/apps/konsole

and then create a file to launch your application. Something like:

[Desktop Entry]
Type=KonsoleApplication
Name=HostName
Comment=Host Name
Exec=ssh -C username at host.domain.com

Now, when you start KDE Konsole you will be able to choose your command from
the "File" menu pad.

I'll be there Ferdinand; I still want to know how to reduce the size
of my Konqeror settings window.
