My impression is "quite a lot".  I've tried connecting to a couple of
the
machines that are hitting me and get IIS's "Under Construction" default
page which I interpret as meaning that the owner started the service
without realizing what they were opening themselves to.  A friend also
said that CRII attacks local addresses 7/8s of the time.
