It's probably pretty accurate.  Evi Nemeth is working with CAIDA, and gave
a presentation on it a year or so ago.  They're putting PCs in a lot of the
"backbone" ISP locations that periodically will suck in all the data
passing through that network, and then will analize it and generate all
sorts of fascinating data.

We really should invite Evi back to give a presentation.  I'm sure she
could even talk about WINDOWS and make it fascinating.  I'll drop her an
e-mail.
