The ide-scsi is probably something that could go to the kernel devel
list, but if it is a problem of the other software, you'll probably only
get referrals. If you do send to kernel dev list, include all the info
you can (they'll want specifics). Kernel dev is:
linux-kernel at vger.kernel.org
