It seems that we need a bill of our own, that allows a forced waiting
period for digital media restrictions which involve domestic industries.
Sort of like a bill that says any restrictive laws on digital media can
be forced to become neutralized if enough people ask for it, which in
turn would force a public hearing. A non-court process to initiate.
